R. Yes, we are licensed by the Portuguese authorities, and by the regulatory body, Turismo de Portugal under registration RNAVT 7702.
2. Is the service available day and night?
R. Yes, we operate 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year round.
3. Are the prices fixed?
R. Yes, with confirmed reservation, prices are fixed. However, if deviations are requested, an additional cost may be added.
4. If my plane is delayed or canceled by the airline, are there any additional costs?
R. No. As we do the tracking" “on time”, we are aware of delays or cancellations. This way, we will send the driver according to the new schedule.
5. What happens after I have made an online reservation?
R. You will receive a confirmation email with the details.
6. We have children who accompany us, do you provide children's chairs?
R. Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and the chairs will be provided as per your need.
7. How do I find my driver at the airport?
R. Our driver will be waiting at the arrival terminal with the proper identification and with the name of the reservation clearly visible.
8. What should I do if I can not find my driver?
R. Please call us, our team will help you find your driver at the airport terminal.
9. Is insurance included in the service?
10. I did not receive my confirmation voucher. What should I do?

11. The transfer leaves me at the door of the hotel?
R. Yes, we will drop you off and pick you up at the address indicated by the reservation made on the website.
